Every Belle case is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check your iPhone model before checking out.

If something's not right, we'll make it right. If your case arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us at hello@bellecaseclub.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Ordered the wrong iPhone model? Email us right away. If your case hasn't been printed yet, we'll happily switch it for you. Personalized cases can't be returned, so please double-check spelling before ordering.
